Coni's Creations cannot be held responsible for delivery delays under any circumstances. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. We cannot provide additional information from the carrier regarding your parcel outside of this. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. 

In the event you miss the delivery of your parcel, please use your tracking information which you would have received via email to locate your parcel. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged. 

Undelivered parcels returned to us, will encounter a $10,9 fee (for all domestic orders) to cover the re-shipping cost. We will contact you via the email address you supplied at checkout to arrange redelivery of your parcel. If we receive no correspondence from you after 7 days, we will have no other option than to refund you less the return to sender fee.

Upon reaching the destination country and clearing customs, your order will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track the parcel using the same tracking number approximately 3-5 days after it was supplied.
